The job purpose of the Civil Engineer is to:

1. Preparation of engineering scoping documentation required to enable the tendering of each project as detailed in the Project Execution Plan. This shall include the following (Either directly or through the use of consultants depending on the project):

Qualifications/Experience/Competencies

Minimum Bachelor Degree in related field (e.g. Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, etc)

English (Fluent). The candidate shall be able to prepare technical documentation with minimal external input.Arabic (Not required but could be advantageous)

10 years Experience as a consulting engineer is mandatory, including

Preparation of proposals and bids for consultancy services

Management of design process

Preparation of contract documentation for construction services in addition to experience in preparing EPC/D&B scoping documents including scope of works, drawings and performance specifications for the purpose of soliciting bids for EPC/D&B services.
