Requirement For IBS Engineer in Abu Dhabi/Dubai

Job Location: Abu Dhabi/Dubai

Salary: AED 6000-8000

Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Telecommunications/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Years of experience: 4-5 Years  In-Building Solutions (IBS)

Principal Functions:
• Coordinate with IBS vendors and other departments in order to ensure IBS sites integration on target date.
• Coordinate & contact with other sections/departments that can affect the Mobile IBS plan like commercial, sales, marketing, TSRM, event management, and CS/PS Core planning.
•  Prepare cell plans for new IBS sites, expansions and reconfigurations of existing sites.
• Conduct sites survey for the new and the existing IBS sites whenever required.
• Monitor IBS network performance and ensure that IBS sites are within the acceptable KPIs.
• Conduct regular meetings with IBS vendors to follow up the progress of the IBS sites and set the planed actions.
• Prepare for ROI study for the new projects.
• Carry out a periodic overall sites utilizations studies in order to maximize the efficient use of the network resources
