* Negotiate with the prospective contractor on execution of contract terms & condition

* Contribute to the execution of the contracting strategy & the tender board memos.

* Develop & execute post award contract performance management.

• Independently manage the full sourcing process

Advise & support end users in order to ensure that all parties share a common goal

& understanding

Requirements:

* Must have a Bachelor's degree in Science or similar

*5+ years' tendering, contracts and administration experience in oil and gas operation

or similar industry, or in local commercial law.

* Working experience with Oracle or similar major Enterprise Resource Planning (ER

system
