Responsibilities

Qualify all lead-sales calls, walk-ins, live chat, on line form, referral,

social-media

Ensure contact protocol is followed by reaching out to leads vis call and

cmal. The details of the same need to be logged into the CRM Sys:em

on real-ime bass

Maintain full and detailed records of leed qualification and opportunity

creation and hand over to Business Set-up Advisors.

Answer cals for Sales, logged messages andior transferred calls to the

appropriate person in an efficient manner.

Prepare dally, weekly, monthly reports on lead qualification matrix

Experience and education

Must have a bachelors degree in relevant filed.

Must have 2-3 year's customer facing or sales experience.

Must have proficiency in English and Arabic
