Description:
Looking for a Research Assistant to join our Honey Section team in Fujairah, UAE:
Responsibilities include:
Interpreting research specifications and developing a work plan that satisfies requirements;
Documenting the daily process of Bee farming and conduct researches with the direct Manager;
Analyzing, interpreting patterns and trends on the Bees like honey harvesting, Bees adaptability to the climate, when to do Hive inspections, the healthy brooding pattern;
Responsible to document the scientific information about the Bees from the Queen bee to colony creation, flowers for nectar, and production of quality Honey;
Participate in investigating the best ways of maintaining the apiary free from diseases keeping the Beehives infection-free and making the environment conducive for more honey production;
Participate in experiments and investigates to find out the different and innovative ways of producing, storing, processing, and transporting Bees and Honey;
