Excellent computer skills, especially Excel (advanced)

7+ years of working experience in related field in Oil&Gas or Construction industry

Arranging transport for workers, food at site and assist for any other emergency services. 
Notes
• Maintaining a proper filing system and ensuring that all staff has easy access to it
• Maintaining and updating organizational databases and contact lists
• Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
• Collection of calculation of Attendance Punching cards of Labour s and Staffs. 
• Coordinating with Time Keeper, assisting in Camp accommodation and employee mess. 
• Procurement/inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies
