JOB DESCRIPTION
Should have UAE experience in the field of Interior Fit-Out and contracting for a minimum of 5-10 years.
Good communication and Negotiation skills- Oral & Written.
Mandatory UAE Experience and good knowledge in Technical And commercial part of Interior Fit Out/ Architectural Products.
Excellent skills to negotiate with suppliers & Sub contractors in terms of work quality and attain desired payment terms.
Should have knowledge in working on AutoCAD- 2D and skill set in reading the drawings properly for doing quantity take off., site survey and preparing BOQ/ quotations.
